Being located in West Palm Beach we are near a lot of fine dining. We love to meet with clients at the best of the best in the area. Sometimes it may be the type of food they may want. I got to eat one of my favorites recently, just south of here. What I can say is in Delray Beach the best mac and cheese hands down is Salt7.

We also like Salt7 since it’s a very trendy place and, in my opinion, the best fine dining experience in Delray Beach.

I also got a chance to meet Chef Paul Niedermann, who also was the winner of Hell’s Kitchen season 9. The mac and cheese is his own special recipe.

What is surprising about Salt7 is most people in the area know it as a great nightlife social lounge and for its Sunday Brunch. But it truly is a dream place just to eat and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s actually called a Modern American cuisine which does include prime steaks.

I also like that it’s a great place for events. They have a separate room that opens up onto an outdoor patio which is great to take in the sea breeze from the beach. But also located in a nice quaint downtown area, the best of both worlds. Being from the Northeast, I really enjoy this.
